updown.io is not a performance monitoring tool, it's an uptime tool which happens to offer performance metrics in addition. It's totally normal that your website is slower to respond from remote locations and that you have to set a higher Apdex T if you don't have a CDN. Having better looking performance numbers on the status page is not a good enough reason for us to add new servers and anyway it's impossible to do so, because we can't have a server in every country in the world and you won't be the only one to ask if we start doing this.

We only cater for a single eu country, so my responsetime is only important in eu context. However I would like to have at least 2 locations enabled for redundancy. Currently all locations are so far apart that if you don't have a cdn and your backends are not replicated in datacenters around the world you have to pick a very high apdex score just to keep it 'happy'.

It would take a reason ;) why do you want more PoP in Europe ? except to artificially reduce your response time statistics.

Amsterdam and Frankfurt would be awesome. What would it take to add those locations?
