It would be awesome to have a server in Africa so that updown.io would cover every continent on this planet.

I.e., Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Dublin

I want to implement monitoring from only one country. I understand why they require more than one due to availability and other issues. However, I would like you to support the case where the web service specification allows access only from one country.
